Facing a Cubiks Logiks test? Practise free before the real one
Where you will meet Logiks tests in the UK
Because Cubiks grew up in the UK, Logiks is familiar to British recruiters. You are most likely to see it in graduate schemes, professional services and finance, the public sector and international organisations with UK offices, usually as an online test sent shortly after you apply.
Logiks General (Intermediate) tends to be used for a broad range of roles, while Logiks Advanced is aimed at graduate, specialist and management positions. Your invitation should say which level you will sit.
Cubiks began as a UK test publisher and is now part of Talogy, so if your invitation mentions Logiks, Cubiks or Talogy, you are dealing with the same family of ability tests. They come in two levels: Logiks General (Intermediate) and Logiks Advanced, each built from verbal, numerical and abstract questions.
This page gives you four free practice tests: a mixed Intermediate test, plus separate numerical, abstract and verbal tests at Advanced level. Each one shows you how the questions are structured and gives you a fair indication of your current level.
Think of them as a preview of our Cubiks Logiks practice tests. Whatever your starting point, the full practice pack helps you understand how Cubiks tests are put together, recognise the question types you are likely to meet, and train yourself to solve them faster.
How the test fits into the recruitment process
A typical UK process runs: online application, online ability tests, a video or telephone interview, an assessment centre, then an offer. The Logiks test normally sits at the second step, where it is used to shortlist candidates before any interviews take place.
That makes it a filter rather than a formality. Some employers also repeat a short test under supervision at the assessment centre, so the aim is a result you can reproduce, not a lucky one.
